Job summary

Napleton Lexus of Milwaukee is seeking a dedicated Car Washer to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our vehicles on the lot. You will ensure vehicles are visually appealing and ready for delivery, while supporting the dealership with light transport tasks and weather-related cleanup as needed.

We value a great attitude and strong customer service orientation, and we provide paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement within the service management track.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid state driver's license is required.
• Ability to operate a vehicle.
• Dealership experience is a plus, not required.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Keep vehicle lot neat and orderly and move units as directed by Sales/Service managers.
• Transport customers and dealership personnel as needed.
• Assist with customer deliveries.
• Ensure all vehicles are clean and in good repair on the lot.
• Pick up vehicles from storage and deliver to storage and other dealerships.
• Assist with weather-related clean up when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Keeping vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed by the Sales/Service managers and in accordance with dealership display standards.

• Transporting customers and dealership personnel, as needed.

• Assisting with customer deliveries.

• Assisting with weather related clean up when necessary.

• Other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Valid state driver's license.

• Dealership experience a plus-not required.
