Job summary

Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Car Washer at Napleton Lexus of Milwaukee to maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness for display and delivery. You will help keep the lot neat, assist with customer deliveries, and ensure vehicles meet appearance standards.

Role requires a positive attitude, ability to handle machinery safely, and a valid driver’s license. Join a large, family-owned automotive group offering growth and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to handle machinery safely.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Dealership experience a plus—not required.

Responsibilities

• Keep vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed by the Sales/Service managers and in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Transporting customers and dealership personnel, as needed.
• Assist with customer deliveries.
• Ensure all vehicles are clean and in good repair on the lot.
• Pick up vehicles from storage and deliver vehicles to storage and other dealerships.
• Assist with weather related clean up when necessary.
• Other duties assigned by management.
