Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Car Washer at Napleton's Lexus of Brookfield. This full-time role involves keeping dealership vehicles clean, staging cars for display, and ensuring ready-for-delivery appearance.

Typical hours are 9am–6pm with benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, paid training, and vacation time. A valid driver?s license and a strong customer-service mindset are required, with a background check and drug screen as applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to handle machinery safely.
• Valid state driver''s license.
• Dealership experience a plus—not required.
• Great attitude and customer service oriented.
• Ability to operate an automobile.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local/law regulations.

Responsibilities

• Keeping vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed by the Sales/Service managers and in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Transporting customers and dealership personnel, as needed.
• Assisting with customer deliveries.
• Ensuring all vehicles are clean and in good repair on the lot.
• Picking up vehicles from storage and deliver vehicles to storage and other dealerships.
• Assisting with weather related clean up when necessary.
• Other duties assigned by management.
