Job summary

Default Brand is hiring crew members to deliver an excellent customer experience at our car wash facility. You will ensure a clean, dry, shiny vehicle finish and assist customers with payments while promoting wash plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
• Suggest and up-sell wash products and plans; assist with menu options and payment.
• Observe lane and tunnel flow; perform vehicle condition checks before entry.
• Process point of sale transactions accurately; safeguard cash operations.
• Maintain and clean all areas of the car wash and outside equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and report issues to management.
• Work safely and report unsafe conditions or maintenance needs.
