Job summary

Default Brand in Mitchell, SD is seeking a friendly Crew Member for our car wash to deliver an excellent customer experience by providing a clean, dry, shiny vehicle and safe service in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; previous customer service or sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
• Suggest and up-sell wash products and plans to customers; assist customers with menu options and payment.
• Observe and maintain lane and tunnel flow; perform visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to entering the tunnel.
• Processes point of sale transactions efficiently and with minimal error. Able to correct minor transaction errors. Safeguard cash; comply with cash and safe drops.
• Maintain and clean all areas of the car wash; maintain outside equipment and supplies.
• Perform preventive maintenance on the car wash equipment; notify management when malfunction occurs
• Work safely and report unsafe conditions or maintenance issues to management.
