Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC is hiring a Crew Member to deliver a joyful, safe car wash experience. You will operate wash equipment, prep vehicles, and keep the site clean, while occasionally assisting at the kiosk and promoting memberships.

This role requires a friendly, team-oriented attitude with strong safety awareness and the ability to handle high-volume outdoor work. 16+ years old, with possible shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Background check in accordance with policies and laws.
• Valid driver’s license preferred depending on location/responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate car wash equipment including front/back wash and vacuum.
• Greet customers and support upsell of memberships and products.
• Guide vehicles into tunnels and ensure wash readiness.
• Inspect vehicles for damage prior to entry.
• Prep and clean vehicles inside and out; assist at kiosk as needed.
• Promote wash packages, memberships, and promotions.
• Maintain site cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks.
• Follow safety standards and company policies.
