Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC is seeking a Crew Member to deliver a joyful, safe car wash experience. You'll operate wash equipment, prep vehicles, and maintain a clean site while supporting occasional sales tasks. The role emphasizes teamwork and flexible hours in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

You will engage customers, guide vehicles, and perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance. A high school diploma is preferred, with 18+ age and background check requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass background check.
• Valid driver’s license required (location-dependent).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate car wash equipment (front wash, back wash, vacuum).
• Greet customers and support membership sales and upsell when CSA absent.
• Guide vehicles into tunnel with proper alignment and wash readiness.
• Inspect vehicles for damage prior to entry.
• Prepare vehicles by removing trash and cleaning interiors.
• Dry, polish, and detail vehicles as applicable (express and full-service).
• Explain and promote wash packages, memberships, and promotions.
