Job summary

Circle K in Queen Creek, AZ is seeking a capable supervisor to lead shift operations when the Site Manager is unavailable. You will handle ordering, stocking, training, and scheduling to ensure smooth daily store performance.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service, and the ability to drive sales while maintaining store standards in a fast-paced retail environment. Applicants should have 3+ years of retail experience including supervisory duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 6 months to 1 year retail and management work experience preferred.
• Leadership and communication skills including active listening.
• Experience with team building.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong work ethics and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Function as the manager in charge when Site Manager is unavailable.
• Responsible for ordering and stocking of vending.
• Provide training to new hires.
• Train on opening/closing checklists and loading techniques.
• Train Fast Pass sales techniques to the team.
• Respond to voicemails and emails promptly.
• Create effective employee schedules.
• Knowledge of car wash vacuum system operation.
• Clean the vacuum system and perform pressure washing as needed.
• Support Site Manager during monthly team meetings.
• Assist with on-site Supervisor Courses.
• Oversee teammates completing PM and assess further training needs.
• Complete the GSR Daily Breakdown.
