Responsibilities

• Train and coach staff; engage and recognize employees.

• Train and perform CSR, S1, S2 duties per guidelines and standards.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and resolve issues.
• Ensure customer inquiries and incidents are resolved timely.
• Report incidents to Site Manager; follow safety procedures.
• Uphold vehicle damage claim procedures and safety compliance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned; maintain open availability.
