Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 6 months to 1 year retail and management work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as manager in charge when Site Manager is unavailable.
• Order and stock vending items.
• Train new hires.
• Lead opening/closing checklists and loading techniques.
• Support training initiatives.
• Apply Fast Pass sales techniques.
• Respond to voicemails and emails promptly.
• Create effective staff schedules.
• Operate car wash vacuum systems.
• Clean vacuum system and maintain equipment.
• Support Site Manager in monthly meetings.
• Assist with on-site Supervisor Courses.
• Supervise staff during PMs and identify further training needs.
• Complete the GSR Daily Breakdown.
