Wallis Companies seeks a dedicated BriteWorX Assistant Manager to support the BriteWorX Manager in running a high-quality car wash operation. You will help ensure clean facilities, promote promotions, and deliver an exceptional customer experience

You will work with associates, manage shift coverage, monitor safety, handle deposits, and help achieve sales and efficiency goals while spending significant time outside and on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months experience in retail or car wash field.
• Proficiency in English reading and writing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper operation of the car wash to meet sales, expense and profit goals.
• Monitor equipment cleanliness, safety, image, and wash quality expectations.
• Complete deposits and paperwork promptly.
• Maintain and track inventories and assist in shift coverage.
• Address customer concerns and ensure exceptional customer experience.
