Job summary

Wallis Companies is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the BriteWorX Manager in running the car wash operation efficiently and safely. You will supervise staff, promote promotions, and ensure customers receive a quality wash with a well-maintained facility.

Expect to work outdoors and spend significant time with associates. You will be involved in cash handling, safety, and training, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining a strong store image.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of experience in retail, car wash or related field.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure car wash operates efficiently to meet sales, expense, and profit goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety; monitor deposits and paperwork.
• Address customer concerns and promote wash promotions; provide excellent customer service.
• Operate outside with associates; cover shifts as needed, including evenings and weekends.
• Monitor equipment and safety compliance; report issues to Manager.
