Wallis Companies seeks an Assistant Manager to support the BriteWorX Manager in operating the car wash facility efficiently and maintaining a clean, safe environment. You will promote cash wash sales and engage customers in promotions while ensuring a quality wash experience.

The role involves working outside most of the time, with evenings and weekends required and close collaboration with BriteWorX Associates to meet safety and performance standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 6 months of experience in retail, car wash or related field.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English for effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper operation of the car wash to meet sales, expense and profit goals.
• Monitor equipment and facility for cleanliness, safety, image and wash quality.
• Complete deposit and paperwork in a timely manner.
• Maintain and track inventories.
• Address customer concerns and security of assets during Manager's absence.
