Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is hiring a Senior Specialist, QC Analytical at the Summit, NJ facility. The role focuses on routine testing of in-process, final product, and stability samples, plus data review to support drug product release.

You will transfer/validate methods, troubleshoot, review GMP docs, and mentor others in QC test methods. The position requires strong cell and molecular biology skills and familiarity with cGMP expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, preferably in Science.
• 4+ years of analytical testing or QC experience in a regulated environment.
• Experience with cell and molecular biology techniques (cell-based assays, flow cytometry, qPCR, ELISA) and aseptic technique.

Responsibilities

• Perform method transfer/validation and routine testing of in-process, final product, and stability samples.
• Anticipate and perform routine troubleshooting with minimal guidance.
• Perform data verification, data review and GMP documentation for general and complex methods.
• Perform document revision, CAPA and deviation/investigation tasks and continuous improvement efforts.
• Train and mentor others on QC test methods, processes, and procedures.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
