Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage patient enrollment and eligibility checks in the CAR‑T programme.
• Onboard new Certified Treatment Centres and set expectations for workflows.
• Provide program overviews and support enrollment through online case management.
• Respond to inquiries from patients, caregivers, and sites via call guide resource.
• Maintain accurate data in the CAR‑T patient management tool per programme requirements.
• Follow SOPs to ensure programme compliance and data capture.
• Demonstrate empathy and provide exceptional service during treatment planning.
