Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine recruiting for a Patient Support Eligibility Specialist to assist CAR‑T patients and caregivers from eligibility through enrollment. This role emphasizes compassionate, compliant service and collaboration with care teams.

You will handle inbound and outbound outreach, document consent, and coordinate with centers to ensure timely, accurate case management in a regulated environment. Based in Horsham, PA, with Monday–Friday call center hours.

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience required.
Excellent verbal and written communication and active listening skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain patient confidentiality, and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

Verify eligibility and enrollment for CAR‑T patients and caregivers.
Provide program overview and guide enrollment using established procedures.
Onboard Certified Treatment Centers and maintain center relationships and documentation.
Enter and maintain accurate information in the patient management system with compliance in mind.
Coordinate with travel, reimbursement, and support teams to ensure seamless patient experiences.
