Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in healthcare, biotechnology, or pharmaceuticals.
• Experience in life sciences or a regulated industry.
• Working knowledge of CAR‑T therapies and oncology regulations preferred.
• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; leadership capabilities.
• PMI PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end project management for site activation and certification.
• Track deliverables, milestones, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain alignment with internal standards and external compliance expectations.
• Collaborate across clinical, regulatory, operations, quality, and IT teams.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource tracking.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Document milestones and report KPIs to leadership.
• Provide guidance and support to site teams.
