Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Co. is seeking a Senior Manager of Medical Operations and Product Sciences to lead ex-US CAR-T medical affairs and site onboarding. You will collaborate with global teams, draft medical materials, and support launch readiness for open indications across regions.

You will contribute therapeutic area knowledge to strategic plans, train site teams, and travel to CAR-T sites as needed to ensure high-quality medical support and alignment with global strategies.

Qualifications

• MD, PharmD, PhD or equivalent advanced scientific/clinical degree.
• Direct clinical experience in patient care is a plus.
• Proficiency in critical data review and interpretation.
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentations to leadership.
• Strong strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support ex-US pan-CAR T strategy and tactics across assets (Breyanzi, Abecma, arlo-cel, zola-cel).
• Co-lead ex-US medical readiness and site onboarding for CAR-T launches.
• Coordinate with IT teams on digital solutions for NCP management and site communication.
• Represent WW Medical in advisory boards, steering committees and congresses.
• Provide medical affairs input to cross-functional forums and sponsor responses.
