Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead for Liso-cel CAR-T cell therapy production, overseeing GMP manufacturing processes in a controlled cleanroom setting.

The role involves a night shift (Wednesday–Saturday) onsite in New Jersey, guiding equipment setup, deviation investigations, and timely CAPA closures while upholding aseptic technique and GDP-compliant data recording. You will drive continuous improvement with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with cell therapy/biopharmaceutical manufacturing experience or related technical degree with more extensive experience.
• Knowledge of cGMP/FDA regulations.
• Aseptic qualification.
• Proficiency in technical writing and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage equipment setup and operation for blood component manufacturing.
• Lead deviation investigations.
• Ensure timely closure of CAPAs.
• Maintain aseptic techniques.
• Record production data in compliance with GDPs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
