Qualifications

• 6+ years of operations experience in a cGMP environment.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, quality, or engineering required.
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the CAR-T process operations.
• Conduct daily operations meetings and assign tasks.
• Provide guidance on production tasks and compliance.
