Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Raritan, NJ, is seeking a CAR-T Manufacturing Supervisor for 1st shift (Sunday to Wednesday, bi-weekly Sunday to Tuesday). The role directs daily production of personalized cell therapy in a sterile cGMP environment and requires leadership within a fast-paced manufacturing team.

The position includes collaboration with Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality, and includes potential travel up to 10% of the time.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of operations or manufacturing leadership in a cGMP environment.
Experience in aseptic manufacturing and aseptic techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to use electronic systems (Workday, SAP, Atlas, S4Hana, Elims, MES, Binocs, EMS).

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a Processing Manufacturing Unit within CART operations (Day 0, Day 10, etc.).
Hold daily shift meetings and assign production tasks to ensure completion and compliance.
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Quality for seamless daily production.
Support investigations, write/ revise procedures and change controls.
Mentor production personnel and manage cross-functional team relationships.
Contribute to process development and continuous improvement in cell therapy operations.
