Job summary

Legend Biotech is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Engineer, Tech Support, based in Raritan, NJ, to support development and routine operation of a new CAR‑T manufacturing process. The role provides front line technical support to address manufacturing issues and ensure batch quality.

You will collaborate with Quality, Compliance, and technical teams, support investigations and CAPAs, and work with equipment suppliers to maintain continuous production. Shift flexibility may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–3 years of operations experience in a cGMP biotech/biopharma environment.
• Experience writing SOPs and participating in Quality Risk Assessments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Quality, Compliance, and technical experts to resolve process issues.
• Support compliant manufacturing investigations and CAPAs as a SME.
• Act as primary contact with equipment suppliers for support.
• Monitor key process indicators and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct regular manufacturing observations to gather process health data.
