Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of operations experience within a cGMP biotech/biopharma environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily start-of-shift operations and assign tasks to production staff.
• Lead multiple CAR-T process operation units to ensure compliant manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality to drive continuous improvements.
