Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a CAR-T Manufacturing Supervisor for 1st shift (Sunday to Wednesday, bi-weekly Sunday-Tuesday). The role directs daily CART production in a sterile cGMP environment, supervising operations on the manufacturing floor and ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate across Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality to drive process improvements, support investigations, and guide personnel development in a fast-paced cell therapy setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum an Associate's, Vocational, Technical/Trade degree or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience leading in Operations or Manufacturing in a cGMP environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily production of CART process operations (Day 0, Day 10, Cell Culture).
• Lead shift meetings and assign daily production tasks to ensure safety, quality and timely completion.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Quality to resolve production issues and drive improvements.
• Develop and revise manufacturing procedures, WIs, MBRs and change controls.
• Oversee development of production personnel and assess performance with the Operations Manager.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and aseptic manufacturing standards on the floor.
