Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of CAR-T operations or equivalent manufacturing in a cGMP environment.
• Experience in aseptic manufacturing and aseptic techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office tools and electronic systems (Workday, SAP, Atlas, S4Hana).
• Ability to gown into clean room attire and oversee shop floor operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Processing Manufacturing Unit within CART operations (Day 0, Day 10, etc.).
• Lead daily shift meetings and assign production tasks.
• Collaborate with operations, QA, and engineering for compliant production.
• Support investigations, SOP changes, and change controls.
• Foster cross-functional teamwork to resolve production issues.
