Woodhouse Auto Family in Omaha, NE is seeking an Express Auto Service Advisor to serve as the primary contact for quick, routine vehicle maintenance. The role emphasizes accurate needs assessment, clear communication, and a strong customer-focused approach.

You will work Monday–Friday, 7:30AM–5:30PM with a compensation structure of $15 hourly plus 5% commission on total gross, labor, parts and sublet. Benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Post-offer background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through the express service process.
• Record vehicle information and write up customer problems clearly.
• Advise on car care and manufacturer-recommended service intervals.
• Provide accurate labor and parts cost estimates.
• Communicate progress and any changes to customers; obtain approvals.
• Explain charges and close the repair orders with customers.
• Maintain a professional appearance and keep areas tidy.
