Job summary

Avondale Nissan is seeking a customer-focused Sales Representative to join our onsite team and guide clients through the vehicle purchasing process. You will deliver exceptional service, greet customers, present vehicles, and build lasting relationships while staying current on inventory, pricing, and incentives.

You will actively prospect, follow up, and use the CRM to manage sales activities, with a strong drive to exceed goals and participate in ongoing training and team meetings.

Qualifications

• 6 months of commission sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, and computer proficiency.
• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting every customer.
• Build relationships, follow-up, and provide personalized service.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and demonstration drives highlighting features.
• Prospect and generate new business through referrals and outreach.
• Maintain customer info and sales activity in the CRM with schedules.
• Know inventory, pricing, financing options and incentives.
• Guide customers through the sales and delivery process.
• Maintain showroom and vehicle display to dealership standards.
