Job summary

Reactive Permanent Recruitment is working with a Gloucester-based car dealership to hire a Car Sales Executive. You will sell prestigious new or used vehicles and support customers through the buying journey.

The role offers a starting salary of £23,000 with a fully expensed company car (if £19,000pa salary taken), very high uncapped OTE, and excellent benefits including pension and holidays. 40 hours per week Mon-Sat, Sundays in March and September.

Qualifications

• Current or recent Car Sales experience is essential.
• Must be target driven and commission led as the potential to earn very well is real.
• Strong customer service attributes are crucial.
• Able to process detailed information and develop product knowledge.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points required.

Responsibilities

• Sell prestigious new cars and related products.
• Support customers through every step of their buying journey from first interaction to purchase and beyond.
• Engage with customers to identify needs and upsell related products.

NB: Only current/recent Car Sales experience will be considered

Due to continued growth, they seek an experienced Car Sales Executive to work from their Gloucester site selling their highly reputable and prestigious new or used vehicles.

Car Sales Executive package/hours:

• A starting salary of £23,000 per annum
• Fully expensed company car (if £19,000pa salary taken)
• Very high uncapped OTE
• An excellent list of benefits including pension, holidays etc
• Great working environment at their prestigious Gloucester site
• Fantastic training, development and career path
• 40 hours a week across Mon - Sat (with a 1 hour lunch)
• Day off in lieu during the week and 1 late shift per week
• Sunday working required during March and September

Experience:

• Current or recent Car Sales experience ESSENTIAL
• You must be target driven and commission led as the potential to earn VERY WELL is real
• Strong customer service attributes and experience is a must as the reputation of the business is crucial
• You will be organised, able to process detailed information, and committed to continually developing your product knowledge
• With a strong work ethic and an inspiring attitude, you will take ownership of your work and contribute to the success of your team
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points is required
