Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and time-management skills.
• Customer-first mindset with a positive, professional attitude.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Experience in automotive sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the vehicle buying journey.
• Explain features, offer test drives, and help customers find the perfect fit with no pressure.
• Present financing options, trade-in values, and close deals with confidence.
• Stay sharp on vehicle models, trims, and features with ongoing training.
• Handle paperwork accurately and ensure deals are compliant and customer-approved.
• Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with finance, service, and sales teams to provide a seamless experience.
• Hit and exceed sales goals with support, mentorship, and room to grow.
