Ken Garff Automotive Group is seeking a Dealership Sales Consultant in Indianola, IA. You will lead customers through the vehicle purchase process, present cars with confident product knowledge, and use CRM to manage interactions while building lifetime relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in account management, customer service, car sales, or retail sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and be 18+ years old.

Responsabilités

• Lead customers through the sales process including vehicle selection, test drive, financing and paperwork.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles with high professionalism and knowledge.
• Track customer interactions using CRM and follow up to maintain satisfaction.
• Explain Ken Garff Benefits and present deal structures and financing options.
• Represent the dealership and Ken Garff Automotive in all communications.
