Formación

• Experience in automotive sales or retail sales.
• Prior sales training is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and implement dealership sales process.
• Own every aspect of the sales process from prospecting to vehicle delivery.
• Present and demonstrate inventory to customers.
• Review, update and manage daily inventory reports.
• Create and execute strategies to increase market share.
• Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership.
• Maintain customer satisfaction metrics and monthly units.
