Easterns Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant who is focused on transforming the car-buying experience. You will guide customers through our certified pre-owned inventory with a consultative approach, building trust and delivering value.

You will use digital tools to enhance the shopping journey, follow up to nurture relationships, and collaborate with the sales team to meet goals while delivering exceptional service in a customer-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Empathetic listening and understanding customer needs.
• Comfortable with CRM tools and digital platforms to improve the customer experience.
• Ability to adapt strategies in a fast-paced environment.
• Uphold honesty and transparency in all dealings.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.

• Fluency in English; Spanish is a significant plus.
• Hold a valid driver's license.
