Job summary

Lexus of Winter Park is seeking a highly motivated New and Used Car Salesperson to drive sales of new and used vehicles while upholding customer satisfaction. You will greet customers, assist in selecting vehicles, present options, and guide them through the sales process from test drive to completion of paperwork.

You will deliver vehicles, explain operating features and warranties, and maintain follow-up with customers to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications

• Establish personal sales goals and action plans.
• Understand federal, state, and local regulations that impact retail auto sales.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Computer proficiency and familiarity with dealership systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in vehicle selection.
• Write complete sales orders and process paperwork.
• Demonstrate vehicles and offer test drives to prospects.
