Wischnewsky Auto Group, a growing dealership serving the Houston area, is seeking a Car Sales Associate (New or Used) to join our in-person Baytown, TX team. You will partner with customers to understand needs, present vehicles, and guide them through the purchase or lease process with integrity and enthusiasm.

The ideal candidate has strong sales and communication skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work both independently and with a team.

Formación

• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills to maintain CRM.
• Able to work individually as well as part of a team.
• Able to handle complaints, difficult situations, and stay calm under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Stay up to date on products, services, and inventory.
• Select, present and demonstrate vehicles to customers.
• Determine customer needs and guide them through purchase or lease.
• Encourage repeat and referral business and utilize CRM to build relationships.
