Job summary

Fox Rent A Car is hiring for Ready Line and Return Agent roles in Texas. You will welcome customers, inspect vehicles, secure keys, process paperwork, and explain charges. You’ll also help move and park cars and support daily operations to ensure a smooth rental experience.

Candidates should have a valid driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent, with a friendly, patient, and problem-solving attitude to assist customers throughout the rental process.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, friendly welcome to returning customers and maintain a positive demeanor.
• Conduct thorough inspections of returning vehicles, record mileage, verify fuel levels and document findings.
• Secure vehicle keys and ensure personal belongings are removed from vehicles.
• Complete and submit all paperwork to notify management of any mechanical damage or issues.
• Review final rental contracts with customers and clearly explain all charges.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs.
