Job summary

GSP Transportation is seeking a Sales Agent in Augusta, GA. The role focuses on welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and recommending rental options to drive sales while delivering outstanding service throughout the rental cycle.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of sales or customer service experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Training and growth opportunities provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license and a clean MVR.
• At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency including data entry and typing; experience with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional service throughout the customer journey from reservation to return.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, rates, and services clearly.
• Prepare rental agreements, process payments, and maintain records.
• Engage customers in consultative sales conversations and recommend protection products and add-ons.
• Meet or exceed sales goals by maximizing customer interactions and conversions.
• Coordinate vehicle availability and ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
