Enterprise Mobility's National/Alamo brand is hiring a Return Lane Agent to deliver friendly, efficient service at the Consolidated Rental Car Facility in Hanover, MD. The role includes greeting customers, processing charges, handling lost and found, and guiding travelers to the airport terminal.

The position offers $18 per hour, with a monthly performance bonus up to $1000, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of prior customer service experience in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive on the lot.
• Remind customers to check for belongings and file lost items.
• Review rental charges and provide accurate receipts.
• Provide information about transportation to the airport terminal.
• Maintain a clean, organized lot and ensure smooth traffic flow.
• Identify and report vehicle damage or maintenance needs.
