Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a smooth rental transaction following SOPs.
• Encourage customers to utilize service options through effective sales techniques.
• Receive phone calls and handle or route customer-related issues.
• Complete, review, and submit various reports to the supervisor or manager.
• Maintain and update rental agreement files.
• Enter and maintain information in location logs.
• Complete car exchange requests in the computer system.
• Communicate with shuttle drivers.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned or required.
