AutoNation is seeking a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to acquire additional inventory by purchasing customer vehicles, while delivering an exceptional customer experience and managing expectations through the We’ll Buy Your Car process.

The role offers flexible hours with hourly pay plus a bonus per vehicle purchased, and features commission-based earnings averaging $2k–$9k per month, reflecting our broad benefits and nationwide operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Extremely self-motivated.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized with solid follow-up.
• Experience using technology to make offers on vehicles.
• Valid In-State Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Respond to incoming leads by phone, online, and walk-ins.
• Identify buyers via AutoNation and third-party sites.
• Set up appointments for vehicle appraisal.
• Execute the We’ll Buy Your Car same-day payment process.
• Review vehicle condition reports and inspect vehicles onsite.
• Interact with customers throughout the day in person and by phone.
• Refer customers preferring trade-ins to the sales team.
