Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to guide customers from online leads to in-store purchases in a no-haggle environment. You will respond to inquiries promptly, present vehicle options, and help customers feel confident in their buying decisions.

You’ll negotiate terms, ensure payment options fit budgets, and close the deal while delivering an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after the sale.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• The willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsibilities
