Qualifications

• Accounting experience is required; accounting education is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills.
• Excellent organizational, time-management and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Ability to ten-key by touch and maintain accuracy in data entry.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in balancing debits/credits and audit work.

Responsibilities

• Process car deals and related entries and bank paperwork.
• Post to bank accounts and reconcile daily.
• Balance debits and credits on deals; audit for accuracy.
• Ensure data is entered correctly in the accounting system.
• Maintain a log of missing documents and request corrections.
• Perform general clerical tasks and assist Controller and Office Manager.
• Support other dealership staff with department duties.
