Job summary

Hudson Automotive Group in Johnson City, TN is seeking an energetic Deal Processor to join our Central Accounting team. You will process bank contracts and deals, verify supporting documents, and post transactions to ledgers in our dealership system.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting or administrative role.
• Detail oriented and results driven.
• Collaborative team player in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process bank contracts and deals efficiently.
• Verify documents (sales slips, invoices, receipts, check stubs, printouts) and post details to ledgers.
• Complete records to trial balance and reconcile balances.
• Compile reports showing cash receipts, expenditures, payables/receivables, and P&L.
• Calculate and post employee commissions from records.
