Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Intermediate accounting knowledge.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Ability to prioritize job duties to meet deadlines.
• Deals processing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Processing car deals, entries and all bank paperwork.
• Make bank postings and reconcile for accuracy daily.
• Balancing debits and credits on deals.
• Audit deals for accuracy.
• Ensure all data is entered into accounting system correctly.
• Maintain a log of missing documents requiring correction on all car deals.
• General office clerical tasks and projects as assigned by Controller and Office Manager.
• Assist other dealership personnel with department duties.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Working conditions are indoors, in an office environment, spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone.
