Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a determined Car Deals Associate to join our Car Deal Accounting Team. You will break down and finalize all cash and finance deals for all dealerships, scan documents, and ensure accuracy.

You will process rebates, post commissions to payroll weekly, and communicate closely with store associates. Attention to detail and proficiency in Word and Excel are essential.

Car Deals experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience handling cash and finance deals.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to accuracy in deal processing.
• Ability to enter data and maintain spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Break down and finalize all cash and finance deals.
• Scan documents into digital deal jackets.
• Double check car deals for accuracy.
• Send bank contracts to finance institutions.
• Process rebates.
• Process sales commissions and send to payroll weekly.
• Communicate with associates at our stores.
• Other duties as assigned from Management.
