South Bay Lube, Inc. DBA Jiffy Lube in Florida is seeking a General Manager who loves cars and leading high‑performing teams. You’ll run daily store operations, coach staff, and ensure each customer receives top‑quality service.

The role includes managing staffing, scheduling, inventory, and safety, with a focus on customer satisfaction and smooth operations. Fluent English, reliable attendance, and a minimum 48 hours per week are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail, hospitality, or automotive management.
• Hands-on automotive experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License & Age 18+.
• Fluent in English.
• Reliable attendance and communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet.
• Minimum of 48 hours per week.
• Completion of CBT and management training modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and coach team members.
• Oversee daily store operations.
• Assist with vehicle maintenance.
