South Bay Lube, Inc. in Florida is hiring Assistant Store Managers who are passionate about people, cars, and customer service. We’ll train and support you every step of the way to deliver outstanding service.

You will lead front-line teams, coordinate daily operations, manage inventory, and uphold service standards while driving growth across 34 locations. Eligible candidates have 1+ year in retail or hospitality management, a valid driver’s license, and a reliable, punctual approach.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or hospitality management (automotive a plus)
• Valid Driver's License & Age 18+
• Fluent in English
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Open/close the store and manage daily operations
• Oversee inventory, cash control, and deposits
• Support the General Manager in maintaining service standards
