Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong business and financial acumen required.
• Proven ability to lead teams and build partnerships.

• Experience delivering face-to-face customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Car Care operations: financials, payroll, expenses, inventory, staffing, and shop efficiency.
• Monitor sales and financial results; implement plans to hit performance goals.
• Recruit and coach employees to maintain productivity, quality, and service.
• Partner with leadership on hiring, compensation, promotions, and performance.
• Deliver positive customer experiences by resolving concerns and addressing needs.
• Maintain a safe, compliant workplace and enforce safety standards.
