Capture Manager 2

The successful candidate will work closely with all of Northrop Grumman’s functional organizations leadership team, internal marketing or government relations teams and other industry and government partners. In this role the ideal candidate will lead capture efforts to secure new opportunities, re-compete contracts, or task order business. Capture leads play a critical role in the organization by growing and leading teams that develop and execute capture plans including architecting the technical and business strategy; leading competitive assessments and prices-to-win; conduct gap assessments and define potential supplier or teaming approach; and lead bid and proposal activities.

This position requires you to work at one of the primary work sites:

• Redondo Beach, CA
• Dulles, VA

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years' experience with program management, customer management, capture, and/or business development and technical leadership.
• Must have a current DoD TS and eligibility for SCI at the time of application.
• US Federal Agency experience required.
• Must have DoD or IC Space domain experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in program planning, budget development and execution, workforce planning, risk management, and the implementation of project processes and controls
• Current user and acquisition customer relationships

Primary Level Salary Range: $161,100.00 - $241,700.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
