Job summary

GDIT is seeking a Capture Director, National Intelligence Sector, to lead and win new business within the Intelligence community. You will direct cross‑functional capture teams through qualification, proposal, and award, reporting to the VP of Growth, National Intelligence Sector.

Required: TS/SCI with polygraph eligibility, 5+ years in IC/DoD, 3+ years in capture leadership, and strong leadership and communication skills. Hybrid schedule in Herndon, VA with some travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) required.
• 5+ years of Intelligence Community or Department of Defense experience.
• 3+ years of capture-related experience with a proven track record of winning new and re-compete business.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of qualified capture pursuits using the GDIT BD process and gate controls, tracking performance and status.
• Define compelling win strategies including customer engagement, solutions development, competitive assessments, and pricing strategy.
• Position GDIT effectively to increase win probability through all growth lifecycle phases.
• Establish competitive pricing structures and executable programs with profitable returns at a winning price.
• Develop marketing strategies and align with account BD and P&L leaders with the company’s strategic plan.
• Maintain high-quality relationships with internal and external customers and industry partners.
