• Skills: Strong sales process, advanced public communication, excellent written communication, Salesforce proficiency; 50% travel.

Aufgaben

• Generate new sales leads through agency partner relationships to meet or exceed goals.
• Provide captive education and consulting for existing and prospective clients and partners.
• Maintain relationships with clients and address changing business needs.
• Attend sales activities and promote a positive attitude during agency changes and growth.
• Plan and participate in captive quarterly calls and member meetings.
• Serve as Captive Lead on group captive programs and liaise with agencies, clients and vendors.
• Collaborate with ICT disciplines to drive strategic direction and vision for the captive.
• Develop Captive Consultants and Business Development Coordinators to enhance knowledge.
• Ensure team accountability and coach for high performance.
